Renovation

The clients undertook the project to renovate this hundred-year-old home and make it their place of work and life.
We wanted to keep the original architectural details that were relevant, while blending a more sober and chic style. We also made a 2 story extension on the side that joins the house and the garage.
Upstairs, this extension became the master bathroom. As for the first floor, it allowed us to enlarge the kitchen and add storage. We also added a multitude of windows to open up and let in natural light.
Finally, we demolished a bedroom on the second floor to open up the living room ceiling.
